The Isaac Lakes at Clearwater brings a dream closer for Lady Isaac.

Diana Lady Isaac's dream of creating a 1200ha conservation park on the north-west boundary of Christchurch has become a reality with the launch of The Isaac Lakes at Clearwater.

Situated in the heart of Clearwater golf course, all of the 27-sections have lake and golf course views and most have lake frontages.

Lady Isaac and her company, Isaac Construction, took a truly ‘hands on' interest in the development. "It really was a beautiful job to undertake and the deeper the involvement the more enthralled I became with the project and its potential linkages with the Conservation Park."

Brian Brakenridge, of Browns Sotheby's, who are marketing the development, said that the development is of the highest quality. "Most of the sites will have a private lake frontage, there will be sandy bays, environmentally sensitive street lighting and beautiful landscaping throughout."
